A Moveable Feast is a work in progress. Mostly, it’s a blog about food. It can be a few other things too. It can, on occasion, be a blog about pictures or stories about people. You may, per chance, come across a rant here and there. Who knows really. But this site is mostly about the food.

It’s about filling your head up with as much food knowledge as possible so you can carry it around with you anywhere. It’s about the type of lessons grandmothers and professional chefs sometimes teach. It’s about the food that truly makes you happy. And it’s also just a little bit about my life as a linecook.
